Design Build

In conjunction with the appropriate design team, Bassett & Associates, Inc. has participated in many design-build projects. With this method we are generally the single point of contact for the client and accept responsibility for both the design and construction of a project. The design-build approach provides our clients with the earliest input of the construction and design team. This parallel coordination results in a cost effective project with respect to design and delivery.
