Construction Management

When the owner chooses the construction management method of construction, Bassett & Associates, Inc. typically joins the project team through either a negotiated contract or a fee based selection process during the preliminary design phase.  In cooperation with the architect and engineers, our goal is to provide the optimum quality, at the lowest cost, and the shortest schedule. At the preference of the client we can perform this service as an agent of the owner or on an "at-risk" basis where we contract with the subcontractors and suppliers and guarantee performance.
